• Development of cross-partner, trans-organisational project teams and competence groups
• Planning and implementation of research and innovation projects in the form of contract research projects and funded projects
• Trend scouting and preparation of technology and market studies
• Small projects (e.g. user consulting, software optimisation, architecture and usability assessments, etc.)
• Quality assurance and process management in software development
• Institution of a project office to support the application for funding and the implementation of projects
• Participation in university teaching and joint realisation of students' Bachelor's/Master's theses or internships
• Further education measures (e.g. training courses, workshops, seminars, lectures)
• Joint marketing activities (trade fairs, press and public relations work)
