Abstract:

Big data and artificial intelligence now play a role in every successful business model. The pursuit of an artificial copy of the human being and the and the associated complex of questions are, however, anything but new. The reproduction and imitation of thought was already a preoccupation of our ancestors in the 16th century. But until Watson, Apple, Google and Co. were ready, it took a few a number of experiments and a lot of training material: data.

Today, the customer usually solves his problems via one path - the digital path. And he leaves traces. In order to provide them with suitable solutions, companies have to make clever use of these traces and turn Big Data into Big Data. But how does that work? As Finanzinformatik, we are embarking on data-driven software development. With data analytics and artificial intelligence, we not only optimise the business processes of the savings banks, but also make banking make banking for our end customers simple, intuitive and possible at any time.

Speaker:

Melina Weiß & Sarina Vogt, Finanzinformatik

Abstract:

'The 360 degree view of the customer' - The standard statement or requirement in CRM consulting. But is it even possible to achieve this? Dennis from Fellowmind Germany shows you why a modern CRM approach can no longer do without CDP and why CDP can't do without CRM either. With a combination of both and a good strategy behind it, the circle is finally closed and the buzzword Customer Journey takes shape.

Dennis Istel, Fellowmind

Whether at school, at university, at work or in our private lives: Work is a central part of our lives. When it comes to the workplace, it is about more than just a desk with an office chair. The workplace should be designed so that we can do our work in the best possible way. How work can be organised in the future and what an attractive workplace can look like is explained by Oliver Haude in his lecture.
